Starter : French Onion Soup with Gruyere croutons (vegetarian)

Slow cooked onions, stock and herbs and good quality stock make this a hearty winter warming soup

 

Main : Mushroom and Pearl Barley / Quiona Cassoulet, with minted potatoes and green beans.

A heart healthy version of Cassoulet, a recipe straight from my chef school days with provencal herbs and pearl onions 

 

Dessert : Raspberry and Coconut Yoghurt Crumble Cake
