Online workshop covers  45 minute class preparing a meal from scratch, a 30 minute body strengethenig class and all materials required befoe and during the class. 
 
Price includes zoom link to the online class (also available on demand if you cannot make the session live) a recipe booklet, an ingredient list, a food preparation list, body conditioning booklet.
