Nestled in the Surrey Hills, Albury Vineyard is renowned for its tours, tastings and pairings – and now, in collaboration with Chef Renu B, is offering a unique gastronomic experience that blends fine wine, seasonal produce, and the indulgent elegance of vineyard dining.

The celebration dinner begins with seasonal canapes and a glass of Albury bubbles included in the price of your ticket.

This 3 course food menu brings locally sourced English produce to the vineyard table. For starters try a twist on an English classic of roasted heritage beetroot & whipped goat's cheese, pickled winter grapes, toasted hazelnut, winter leaves, thyme, red-wine vinaigrette. For the main course Chef Renu B presents local Surrey beef fillet, crisp potato pavé, celeriac purée, Albury honey-glazed heritage carrots , red wine & thyme jus.

If you prefer a vegetarian option, why not try the Chestnut, leek and mushroom tartlett, served with a champagne butter sauce. 

Finish the evening with a dark chocolate crémeux, mulled wine poached pear, cranberry, spiced gingerbread, vanilla mascarpone

Chef Renu B, once an engineer and now well known for her beautiful plates in the private dining scene, is one of Albury’s resident chefs and the curator of memorable supper club dining experiences. Her food has been praised for its presentation, creativity, flavour pairings and warmth, all of which you can experience at  this intimate Vineyard Supper Club.
